Prime Rib – bone in



Premium 28 day dry-aged 100% Alberta beef that’s been frozen in MULTIVAC bags (1 per bag). This beef does not require any further aging.

Tempering Procedure:

  1. Remove from plastic bag and place in a covered container in your fridge for 48 hours prior to cooking.
  2. Add any marinade needed at this time as well.
  3. Remove from fridge after 48 hours and prepare for your desired cooking method.

1 x 2kg portion
