Premium 28 day dry-aged local 100% Alberta beef that’s been frozen in MULTIVAC bags (2 per bag). This beef does not require any further aging.

Tempering Procedure:

  1. Remove from plastic bag and place in a covered container in your fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
  2. Add any marinade needed at this time as well.
  3. Remove from fridge after 24 hours and prepare for your desired cooking method.
