Premium 28 day dry-aged 100% Alberta Beef ribeye that’s bursting with flavour! Not like what you’d find at the grocery store, this steak is a Hungry Herd favourite! These steaks have been frozen in MULTIVAC bags (2 per bag), and will not require any further aging.

Tempering Procedure:

  1. Remove from plastic bag and place in a covered container in your fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
  2. Remove from fridge after 24 hours and prepare for your desired cooking method.
