Dry ice handling tips:

  • Dry ice is -78.5°C. Handle with care like with a towel or oven mitt.
  • Keep dry ice away from pets & kids.
  • Keep well ventilated in an open space.
  • Keep off of countertops so they don’t crack.

Can I change my order once my order is placed?

We process our orders quickly, so if you want to change anything, you only have until 1:00 pm the day you placed your order.

What if you deliver and I am not home?

Once your order is ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email that it’s on its way. Once your order has been delivered, we will send a text with a pic of your order at your door. To ensure safety and freshness, our meat boxes contain dry ice, which will keep your meat properly frozen for a few hours.
